In this project, I worked with Jake, the owner of Cowboy Property Restoration, to help his business grow beyond Facebook and get discovered by new customers on Google. Cowboy specializes in deck building, fence installation, and exterior painting—but without a website or Google presence, they were invisible to people actively searching for those services.

Cowboy Property Restoration had built a strong reputation locally through Facebook—but without a website or Google presence, they were invisible to people actively searching for services like deck building, fence installation, and exterior painting.
I partnered with the owner, Jake, to turn that around.
What I Did:
- Built a clean, mobile-friendly website to highlight Cowboy’s craftsmanship in decks, fences, and painting
- Optimized their Google Business Profile, adding real photos, accurate categories, and service descriptions
- Created SEO-rich service area pages, like Deck Staining in Lebanon and Fence Repair in Loveland
- Launched a review strategy using printed QR cards to gather keyword-optimized, location-specific feedback
The Result:
Within 30 days, Cowboy ranked #1 on Google Maps for several key searches across nearby cities—bringing in new leads, phone calls, and projects they were never reaching before.
